The American Four Square is an American house style popular from the mid-1890s to the late 1930s. This style incorporates elements of the Prairie School and the Craftsman styles. Built in 1900, this home has been very well maintained and modernized. The kitchen has been completely remodeled to include granite counter tops and custom cabinets and modern appliances and is located next to the fully enclosed sunroom. The butler’s pantry has been updated as well. The foyer, living room and dining room have touches of stained glass and create the perfect layout for entertaining. Flooring is mostly hardwood and in excellent shape. Pocket doors separate the living and dining rooms and there is a fireplace on the first floor and second floor. The laundry is located in the full basement, which has an outside entrance. Outside, the covered front porch spans the width of the house and the property has been beautifully landscaped. The rear wooden is the perfect size and has a patio underneath.
